NOMADIC LIFESTYLE, EARTH, United States
After getting my first passport in 2006 and traveling to climb Kilimanjaro in Tanzania my life changed. I began the process of getting rid of all my possessions and traveling the world. Traveling to over 125 countries and all 7 continents, hostels have been my home. This "new life" has taught me what is important and it was NOT accumulating money or possessions. Traveling is the best education. I hope my blog will encourage others to travel. My World Tattoo was a way for me to express my PASSION FOR TRAVEL.

GREECE, Athens

 September 21-24, 2021

After 6 hour ferry ride from Naxos we are in Athens for GROUP'S final 3 nights. Unfortunately I have expiring Credit Vouchers to use on just the 3 of us instead of 7 people as planned.  Is what it is. Highlight is always the Acropolis and Dinner in the Sky but Dinner in Sky ended its season 2 days before we arrived.  😥

I visited the Acropolis today for the 1st time in years. Truly Amazing.  Not sure when I will visit Greece again. Don't plan a solo trip in forseeable future so most likely a GROUP REQUEST OR FAMILY TRIP.

GREECE, Naxos

 September 17-21, 2021

Naxos is my favorite island so far. I have been here about 6 times and I love the Greek feel , wonderful food and low key vibe without the party atmosphere.

GREECE, Santorini

 September 13-17th, 2021

Probably my 8th time here but always beautiful.

GREECE, Rhodes

 September 9-13th, 2021

Few problems getting on flight to Saudi Arabia so changed flight to Athens where I spent the night. Then to Rhodes to visit the Old Town and Lindos.

I spent most of my first day visiting the OLD TOWN. The walled city is enormous.

After walking around I visited the Palace of the Grand Master and Archeological Museum of Rhodes.

Next day I took all day boat cruise which took over 2 hours each way to Lindos Island.  There was 1 stop for swimming each way. Nice.
