About Me

NOMADIC LIFESTYLE, EARTH, United States
After getting my first passport in 2006 and traveling to climb Kilimanjaro in Tanzania my life changed. I began the process of getting rid of all my possessions and traveling the world. Traveling to over 125 countries and all 7 continents, hostels have been my home. This "new life" has taught me what is important and it was NOT accumulating money or possessions. Traveling is the best education. I hope my blog will encourage others to travel. My World Tattoo was a way for me to express my PASSION FOR TRAVEL.

FRANCE, Biarritz

August 19-22, 2015

After arriving in Paris, I caught a connecting flight to Biarritz which is on the Atlantic Ocean for a little rest before the Camino de Santiago (484 miles). I leave Saturday to go to St. Jean Pied du Port to begin the hopefully 30 day trek. Just found out the train from Bayonne to St. Jean is not running so as happens frequently, go to plan B, the bus. Biarritz is very beautiful and the hostel is next to a lake. The Beach, however, is over 30 minutes each way. Had to be careful taking pics at beach, as we are in France, and topless is more than a option.

IRELAND, Dingle Peninsula

May 17, 2015

Karen and Charlie went on tour today of Dingle Peninsula. While I was not there, here are some pics of my previous trip there.

IRELAND, Killarney, (Killarney National Park, Muckross House and Gardens)

May 17th

5 of us decide to bike in the Killarney National Park today. Fortunately the weather cooperated. It was a fun day and we spent 3-4 hours longer than we anticipated.

GALWAY, Ireland, (Cliffs of Moher)

May 13, 2015

Day trip to Cliffs of Moher, unfortunately the fog and rain moved in on a 20% chanceof rain day. One bus driver said it was worst fog in 31 years he had been coming there. Advised group to do a day trip from Dublin on better day. It is Ireland even though uncharacteristically rainy at the moment. We still had a lot of fun.
