Decided to come to Crete for 10 days before my Greece group arrives in Santorini on September 1st. Briefly here in 2006 to hike Samaria Gorge but decided to take a more leisurely approach and enjoy the Greek atmosphere.

PORTUGAL, Douro Valley, Wine

Went on Tour of Douro Valley today which including visiting 2 wineries and river cruise through the valley. Was very beautiful but 1.5 hours driving each way from Porto. Unfortunately I was not a big fan of Port Wine which is their specialty.
