- After getting my first passport in 2006 and traveling to climb Kilimanjaro in Tanzania my life changed. I began the process of getting rid of all my possessions and traveling the world. Traveling to over 125 countries and all 7 continents, hostels have been my home. This "new life" has taught me what is important and it was NOT accumulating money or possessions. Traveling is the best education. I hope my blog will encourage others to travel. My World Tattoo was a way for me to express my PASSION FOR TRAVEL.

After 2 days of recovering, due to the large number of pilgrims hiking the Camino and lack of accommodations I reluctantly decided to postpone completing the Camino until a more opportune time. Hikers were sleeping on beaches along the way due to fully booked accommodations.
SPAIN, Irun to San Sebastian

Left Irun on 1st leg of Camino de Santiago Norte to San Sebastian. It was approximately 28 km or 18 miles.which involved climbing 2 mountains. To say I was exhausted was an understatement.
SCOTLAND, Edinburgh
May 17-20th, 2022
3 nights in Edinburgh including a day trip to the Highland before finishing the trip in Ireland. Weather has been better than anticipated.
ENGLAND, London
May 15-17th, 2022
Group arrived and we will spend all day of 16th seeing the usual sites. Edinburgh on 17th by train.
SPAIN, Ibiza
May 9 - 14th, 2022
A NEW DESTINATION !! The party atmosphere and reputation had made me reluctant to visit Ibiza but decided to give it a shot. Plus the full party scene was a few months away and I found a private room for 40 euro a night. The Castle and Old Town were nice but not spectacular but my day trip to Island of Formentara was worth the trip in itself. Fly to London to meet GROUP on May 15th for 2 weeks in London, Edinburgh and Ireland.

SPAIN, Seville
September 6-9th, 2022
Short flight from Lisbon to Seville to complete some of my favorite European cities. Wandering the streets and watching people enjoying being outside in awesome weather. Fortunate enough to be nearby as a man proposed to his girlfriend who was dressed in costume. Biggest fair of the year was happening while I was there and all locals were dressed up in beautiful clothes.
