About Me

My photo
After getting my first passport in 2006 and traveling to climb Kilimanjaro in Tanzania my life changed. I began the process of getting rid of all my possessions and traveling the world. Traveling to over 125 countries and all 7 continents, hostels have been my home. This "new life" has taught me what is important and it was NOT accumulating money or possessions. Traveling is the best education. I hope my blog will encourage others to travel. My World Tattoo was a way for me to express my PASSION FOR TRAVEL.

UNITED STATES, ALASKA, Fairbanks (Northern Lights) Aurora Borealis

March 16, 2016

After 4 flights and 10 hours of flights I arrived in Fairbanks, Alaska at 1am. Nice hostel. Have Chena Hot Springs booked for 19th to see the lights but looking cloudy with low activity.

"It's dark, you're outside and everything is quiet. Suddenly, a flicker of light in the sky grabs your attention. Pale and modest at first, soon intense and vibrant, transforming the dark sky into a mighty display of nature's power. It’s hypnotic and impossible to ignore. But perhaps strangest of all: There is complete silence, while cascades of green, yellow, violet and red dance across the sky in silent harmony. It is like a mighty symphonic ballet with muted sound." Oh its my experience here. Thank you so much for sharing this article. It is really good and after reading interested to visit. We from our company of Professional resume writing service planning for a trip to a best place in the world and I think this is a must visit place.

The northern lights are detectable under dark skies between the months of September to April, rather under a clear, cloudless sky. Usually seen between 5pm and 2am, it is important to be away from artificial light. It is such worth reading and sharing post to with children who are students and need Elite assignment assistance to complete their writing tasks so they can understand the importance of it. Also high solar action levels have increased Northern Lights sightings in winter. A collection of northern lights holidays across the auroral oval takes you away from the fake light of city locations to maximise your chance of seeing the aurora.

Thanks for sharing your details about Chena Hot Springs Resort in Fairbanks and experience of Northern Lights which is also known as Aurora borealis' in the north and 'Aurora australis' in the south which can be seen when charged particles released from the sun during a solar flare penetrate the earth's magnetic shield and clash with particles and molecules in our sky. I would like to share this information with students who are taking college assignment help Australia and learning & having interest in astronomy that these collisions result in numerous little bursts of light, called photons, which make up the aurora.
